ROLE AT AEC: Mr. Liao assists clients in the preparation of air quality, storm water, and industrial wastewater permit applications for compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations. Project Engineer performing air toxic computer modeling related to Health Risk Assessments. Provides technical and engineering assistance in interpreting data and chemical process designs for environmental projects. Performs Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments for various clients.

UC IRVINE
Mr. Liao was the Project Team Manager for the Preliminary Development Plan for Planning Area 17 in Irvine, California. The project simulated preparation of a real-life development proposal in accordance with city, county and transportation regulations.

Mr. Liao served as a Bacteriophage Monitoring Team member in efforts to evaluate the possible causes of the Huntington Beach recurring bacteria contamination. Participation included water sampling, analysis and strategy development.
