ROLE AT AEC: Mr. Heumann performs air toxic computer modeling related to Health Risk Assessments and specializes in air dispersion modeling. He also assists clients in the preparation of air quality, storm water, and industrial wastewater permit applications for compliance with local, state and federal rules and regulations; provides technical and engineering assistance in interpreting data and chemical process designs for environmental projects; and performs Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments for various clients.

Mr. Heumann evaluated applications for permits to construct and operate source emitters. He dealt directly with clients and consulting firms. Gained familiarity with BACTs for air and soil pollution.

Mr. Heumann carried out dispersion modeling evaluations and various meteorological field studies associated with US EPA and CARB.
