Project Engineer

 

ROLE AT AEC:         Mr. Vo assists clients in the development of software for implementing record keeping systems. He has been closely involved in various semi-conductor projects for AEC clients. He provides guidance to engineers in house as well as to the clients on various super conductor and semiconductor projects. He assists with the preparation of air quality, storm water, and industrial wastewater permit applications for compliance with local, state and federal rules and regula­tions.  Project Engineer assists clients with the RECLAIM and Title V compliance requirements. He performs NOx transmittals and air toxic modeling related to Health Risk Assessments.  Provides technical and engineering assistance in interpreting data and chemical process designs for environmental projects.

 

EXPERIENCE:            University of California, Irvine, CA

                                    Mr. Vo developed a new model for calculating the thermal expansion coefficient in semiconductor processing.  He performed research in underfill materials, filler concentrations, composite properties, flip-chip reliability, Dielectric Modeling, and electromagnetic simulation of semiconductors.  Mr. Vo also performed chemical analysis of cell cultures while studying environmental effects on cell growth.
